Organisations
There are two kinds of organisations in the game. One is the company and the other is the hedge fund. A company is an entity established to carry out an enterprise which may include anything from producing and selling goods to trading shares in other companies. A company can be owned by multiple players and companies, or by a single player. The ownership of a company can change. A hedge fund is a private group of investors formed to speculate in financial markets. A hedge fund can buy and sell shares of companies on the sharemarket, and borrow and lend money through company bonds. A hedge fund is owned by its members. The player who controls it owns 10%. The ownership of a hedge fund never changes. |
